At PAP-PARTS, we are continually striving to improve our website so that it becomes more useful. To accomplish this we would like to gather information about you. We understand the concern about the security of your information and we want to assure you that all information will be kept confidential. Your information will only be used by PAP-PARTS to inform you about product updates, special items that may of interest to you, and any sales or promotions that we may be having.

We will not share phone numbers, e-mail addresses or mailing addresses with other companies.

Your shopping experience with PAP-PARTS will be safe and secure because we are a GoDaddy SSL Secure Site. All of your credit card information is sent to us encrypted and protected against any disclosure to third parties. In addition, we regularly have entire store system scans performed by SecurityMetrics on our in-house and web servers and all store processes to assure us and you the customer we are hacker safe and meet all current PCI (Process Credit Industry) compliances.

COMPANY POLICIES

PRICING
PAP-PARTS is committed to bringing you quality products at competitive prices. Due to currency fluctuations, prices are subject to change without notice. PAP-PARTS reserves the right to cancel any and all specials without prior notice. Advertised prices are applicable to in-stock items only. We will match any legitimate, advertised, non-sale retail price offered by any of our competitors on in-stock items. Competitor pricing is subject to verification.

PAYMENT
VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER cards are all accepted. All orders must be paid in United States funds. Money Orders and checks will be accepted, but checks will be held until they clear our bank.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
PAP-PARTS ships via FedEx. We can also ship UPS if that is your preference or if you already have an UPS account that you want the shipping billed to. Unless specified otherwise by your online shipping selection, ground service will be used.

Any USA domestic order with an invalid shipping method selection (IE: selecting International hoping to avoid charges) will be delivered by default via FedEx Ground and invoiced with the appropriate fees.

Normal delivery time is 2-5 days. Other FedEx services, such as Next Day express, Second Day express, etc are available. You may specify how you want your order to be shipped by choosing the method from the online selections or by indicating in the “Special Instructions” section a different method.

All orders incur non-refundable shipping and handling charges. COD orders will not be accepted. You are responsible for all shipping charges incurred on core returns.
All orders shipped to an Ohio address will be charged 7.25% state sales tax.

Most orders for in-stock items ship the same business day they are ordered. If there are out-of-stock delays of more than 3 days, we will attempt to inform you of the delay.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Our online system cannot accurately compute shipping charges for certain postal codes (this includes any region outside of the Continental USA). When you are finalizing your purchase, the on-screen invoice may reflect a shipping charge different from the actual charges. It may even display as no charge depending on your shipping selection.

 ALL international shipments (including Canada, Puerto Rico and the states of Alaska and Hawaii) must select the "International Shipping" method.
All International shipments will be delivered without further notice via United States Postal Service Priority Mail or FedEx International if the costs are fair to our customers.

We will do our best to provide you a reasonable shipping method based on package weight, costs, shipping service to your area and the value of items compared to the costs. However, if we determine the shipping charges seem unreasonable, we will email you a quote for the international shipment costs for your approval before shipping. Please make sure to provide your phone number and/or email address so we may contact you.

In some instances, we may not be able to ship a product to your country and we will notify you by email in this event.

If you have a preference of an international carrier, please make a note in the "Special Instructions" box when completing your order.

The customer is responsible for any and all duties, tariffs or any other fee associated with importing an item into your country. If you choose to not pay these fees, we may charge your credit card the appropriate amount without further notice.

TRUCK SHIPMENTS
All items too large or heavy for FedEx Ground or Express will be shipped via ground truck. We use a broker service to help us choose the best method and cost for your package and shipping time frame. All truck freight charges will be shipped freight collect or will be paid in full prior to shipment. PAP-PARTS will advise you of all truck freight charges by either email or phone prior to shipment.

DAMAGES
PAP-PARTS packages every order with care to ensure that it arrives undamaged. It is your responsibility to inspect all packages upon delivery and to make the delivering carrier aware of any damage to the packages. If there is damage to any of the packages, please contact the carrier not PAP-PARTS. The carrier will advise you of the proper procedures to make a claim for damages. If the carrier's procedure is not followed, the carrier may not honor the claim.

We are not responsible for our carrier’s shipping errors or items lost in transit. We take every precaution to make sure that your items are delivered in a prompt, safe manner. PLEASE NOTE: In the event of damage or non-delivery, we must file a claim with and receive approval from our carrier before offering any re-imbursement of any type. All shipping damage claims must be made within 3 business days from the actual delivery time.

CORES
Parts that are sold with a core charge means that the original part* must be returned to PAP-PARTS. Core charges will be refunded upon receipt of the original part at PAP-PARTS. The core must be returned freight prepaid within 60 days. It must be packaged in the manufacturer’s original box and must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Core charges will not be credited if this procedure is not followed. Sales tax of 7.25% must be charged on all cores where applicable. *NOTE: Cores are expected to be returned free of major damage.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • All returns must have prior approval from PAP-PARTS. Contact PAP-PARTS to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. No returns will be accepted without the RA number.
  • All returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
    No returns will be allowed by PAP-PARTS after 14 days of receipt of parts.
  • There will be no refunds on shipping and handling charges or sales tax.
  • All returned parts must not have been installed, altered, disassembled or abused and be saleable condition.
  • There will be no returns of electrical parts for any reason.
  • There will be no returns accepted on books or special ordered parts.

WARRANTY

All products sold by PAP-PARTS will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Only the original manufacturer warranties, if any, are applicable. We will warrant applicable items for the first 30 days from the customer's receipt and applicable manufacturer's warranties will be implemented beyond this time. Warranty claims will be honored only on parts purchased from PAP-PARTS. Warranty claims or returns will not be honored for parts that have been installed improperly or altered from original. Warranty claims must have proper documentation including original invoices showing purchase dates and part numbers. No warranty claim will be honored for any labor, sublet or freight charges. All competition and/or high performance parts are sold without any warranty expressed or implied. These parts are sold for off-road use only. The buyer assumes all risk. All sales of these parts are final.
